Dr. Shafique is Board certified in Nephrology & Internal Medicine. He completed his Fellowship in Nephrology & Hypertension at the University of Kansas Medical Center, joining CRMC’s Active Medical Staff in July 2009. Dr. Shafique is Medical Director for CRMC’s two Renal Dialysis Units.
